I wish there was a Knots + Grounds on every corner in Tri-Cities. They have the friendliest staff & I’m always greeted with such kindness at the drive-thru. I’m a chai guy & they always craft the best drinks! I don’t live anyway near their location which is a testament to their quality & service 🤎 HUGE shoutout to the owner & staff for creating an experience for their customers!!

I've been to Knots & Grounds five times, and every time in I get something new off their drink menu. Anything with espresso is recommended because you can really taste the quality of the beans through even the sugariest of drinks. A few days ago I decided to try Flight Friday (pictured) and that was a really fun experience! I've never had a caffeine flight before, and I'm happy I tried it. There is a pretty decent size space inside with couches, cozy chairs, fish tanks, and lots of plants. It's been a pretty relaxing spot to read a book and just be alone for a minute. This place is definitely a new favorite coffee spot!

I'm thrilled for this gem of a coffee shop! It's wonderful to see it gaining the recognition it deserves, recently being voted The Best Coffee Shop in the Tri-Cities! The owner, the exceptional baristas, and their delightful Flight Fridays have all won my heart – both in terms of taste and charm. It's an absolute must-try!

I asked the baristas for recommendations and they were so sweet and helpful. I ordered their July special cold brew flavor (chocolate shortbread w cinnamon whip cream I believe) , it was perfect and I drank it so fast. Also ordered a sweetened matcha and it was very good.

Knots and grounds is by far my favorite coffee place. Staff is super friendly and always remember my order. The owner is wonderful and I'm so glad that his business is thriving.

If you want some good coffee smoothies and much more this is the place Customer service was great and very fast service they also have reasonable prices would definitely recommend

I tried this coffee shop today and absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and the coffee was excellent and the prices were fair. I got the Coconut Angel and definitely recommend it. I am excited to try some of thier other drinks in the future! I also got thier breakfast burrito. I plan to come here again, I wish I would have come here sooner!

Heavily decorated with furniture and chairs and knickknacks which made it more welcoming and easy to relax in. Very spacious. Heavy cream was served. Coffee was great.
